Boil and bite does not work with a mouthguard I got. First I kept it in a hot water for 45 seconds, could not bite it so it get a form of my teeth. I tried several times, even kept in a just boiled water for more then 5 minutes but it never worked, it’s a simple rubber that doesn’t change it shape. Maybe I’ve received a defective one, dunno… Would not recommend that anyway!
