If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us using our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or exchange.
WBC Merchandise Europe Ltd. warranty does not cover used, wear and tear or misused products. Products will be refunded or replaced with the proof of original purchase only (receipt) in the same condition as received. We will replace the product up to 14 days after purchase, providing the product is unused and in its original state. Please consider to cover the shipping and handling cost. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.
Refunds will only be given once we have the items back with us and inspected at WBC MERCHANDISE LTD.
If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied we will refund the postage costs, otherwise, you will be liable for any costs incurred.
WBC Merchandise Europe Ltd. accepts the return or exchange of merchandise with the original receipt and package for up to 60 days after purchase. The shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer or authorised distributor. The original cost of shipping is non- refundable. The 60 days warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. The item will be analysed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or created damage. If the customer tries to repair the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost. Before initiating the warranty process we need to receive a copy of original receipt or proof of purchase, the returned items to inspect or at very least a picture of the manufacturing defect and the production number stamped on the item.
All of our retailers, dealers and resellers must accept the above policy.
Shipping and Handling
All of our customers, dealers and resellers have the option of selecting the service method and company preference for their shipment. WBC Merchandise Europe Ltd. is not responsible for late shipments, lost packages, customs and brokerage fees or any damage created during handling by the shipping service.
The initial shipping fee is not refundable once the product has been shipped, if the customer wants to change the delivery address or cancel the order once the package has been shipped the relevant shipping fee will be charged or discounted if a cancel request is received.
It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, therefore for your protection we recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery as we cannot be held liable for as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned.
